Hayes drill team holds first in-person meet

On February 13, Hayes hosted the first in-person drill meet of the year.  The Hayes JROTC drill team, the Delaware Phantoms, ended the meet winning third place in varsity unarmed inspection, third place in varsity unarmed infantry drill regulation (IDR), second place in varsity armed IDR and grand champions.
