How to cope with anxiety during this time of quarantine

The daily routines of school and work do a lot to benefit those who suffer from mental illness. Now, with being stuck at home, many people are left without distractions or ways to cope. Not to mention that the news is over-saturated with terrifying statistics. Here are some tips on how to cope with the anxieties that some may be experiencing.
