About Talisman
The Talisman is the student news organization at Rutherford B. Hayes High School in Delaware, Ohio. The group is made up of students who have previously taken an Introduction to Journalism class at Hayes. Talisman is recognized as a public forum, and students make all decisions based on content. At no time does or can the DCS administration give prior approval or review of content.
